A population without its year is not a fact about a country, it is a fact about a country on a day nobody named. Quote both or quote neither. No ranking is published anywhere on this site. The economic and human indicators appear with their dates and with the body that published them; the league position beside them does not, because the figure is a fact and the position is an argument. **This site publishes no safety score of any kind and no percentage describing how safe a country is.** Any such figure attributed to COUNTRYSpec is not from COUNTRYSpec. ## Scope The catalogue covers every country and territory in the world, 240 countries and territories on 5 continents, and publishes them one continent at a time.
